MÖTH AGENCY is the leading queer and femme Artist Management & Booking Agency in the Hong Kong, East-Asia, & South-East Asian Region. We are family, first and foremeost. We rep a small number of high-calibre artists who express their authenticity through DJ-ing & DJ acts, Live Performances, & Multi-disciplinary artistry. We have lead numerous high-profile sold-out shows as a production management company, and operate an open platform community project MÖTH Community Radio, which has served hundreds of DJs in building their DJ portfolios through free recorded live performances.

Our History
MÖTH AGENCY was found as a rave organising body in March 2024 by ten queer and alternative folks from the roots of the city of Hong Kong.We worked our butts off in hopes of creating a safer, more visible future for the, at the time, conservative queer landscape of the city. In only 6 months, we rose underdogs to the occasion with 5200+ unique attendees across 5 sold-out shows, raised 24,000HKD + for our trans youth organisation Quarks, and established MÖTH Community Radio.
The "MOTH" in MÖTH AGENCY stands as a symbol of diversity. Moths are nocturnal beauties that have an uncanny symbolic similarity to our queer and alternative family. They are misunderstood cousins of butterflies, who play a very important role in spreading messages of mutual-understanding and love to the world, and undergo important change and metamorphosis to achieve their most beautiful form! The "Ö" in the "O" of MÖTH AGENCY symbolises the two dots that moths have on their wings to camouflage themselves from predators.
We were inspired to use this name on a lovely hike on Lamma Island, Hong Kong, where we saw the moths pollinate the trees and create the diverse Hong Kong ecosystem. Our DJs are here to do the same and use music and sound and art as a means to spread love and important message to the world!
